Start your visit to the 9/11 Memorial Museum with a self-guided tour of the exhibitions and multimedia displays. The museum itself is located below the 9/11 Memorial, the reflecting pools that are the footprints of the Twin Towers that fell due to the devastating terrorist attack in 2001.
With your timed admission, you have guaranteed entry to stay for as long as you want. It is suggested that you take at least two hours to wander the museum. This admission saves you time by giving you direct entry into the center with your mobile device.

The museum also includes a pair of main exhibits: a memorial exhibition called In Memoriam, in honor of the people who lost their lives that day in 2001 as well as the people who were killed during the World Trade Center 1993 bombing. The second exhibition is September 11, 2001, a three-part exhibition that tells the tale of the day and analyzes motives for the attacks. It also shows the aftereffects of the attack and how the event changed the world, both locally and globally.
This museum experience brings out the emotions in the guests who visit. Get ready to hear the stories of loss and sadness, of compassion and recovery, as you explore the space.
Special Exhibition
Comeback Season: Sports After 9/11 is a new special exhibition opening on June 27 at the 9/11 Memorial Museum. The exhibition explores how sports leagues, teams, athletes and their fans helped to unite and console the country as we grieved after September 11, 2001, and how sporting events gave us a reason to cheer again. The exhibition shows the significance of sports in the lives of victims of the 9/11 attacks, whether as fans or amateur athletes, as well as how their loved ones found ways to remember them through sports.

- Please note that the last entrance into the museum on 9/10 will be at 3 p.m. The museum is not open to the public on 9/11.
- The ticket is only valid for the date you select.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Reservation is recommended to make 3 working days prior to departure. We will confirm your order within 24 hours. During peak season, it will take no more than 3 working days to confirm the order. If the ticket is sold out, we will provide you with other available options or cancel the order for free.
- Passengers are not present or didn't use the product on that reserved day will be automatically considered as giving up the product and refund will not be issued.
- Children ages 6 and under are free, but have to be accompanied by an adult.
- 9/11 Memorial Museum is free for visit from 5:00 to 6:00 on Tuesday. No reservation is accepted. Tickets are available on the spot on a first-come-first-served basis
- You need to enter the site according to the time specified on the ticket. We recommend you arrive at least 15 mins in advance.
- Once booked, it cannot be cancelled or changed;
- No re-entry is allowed after exiting the building
- Photography is permitted for personal use only, not allowed for business.
- Large bags, including backpacks, large umbrellas and other items are required to store in the coat room
- You are not allowed to use mobile phone in exhibition spaces and theater
- Using the audio guide is recommended (mobile app available for free download or available as a handheld rental on site for an additional cost); your own headphones/headset is required (headphones are available for purchase on site)

The ticket was genuine and visited the Empire State Building on the provided digital ticket on lesser price than at the counter.
I take the train to the city and we are always looking for things to do but it’s so expensive. Pass For Less made it affordable for my teenage son and I to go to the top of the Empire State Building!
