Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- It is recommended to book earlier than 3 working days before departure. We will complete your trip confirmation and information reply within 24 hours, or no later than 3 working days in case of peak orders. If it is sold out, we will offer you other options or cancel the order;
- Due to the design of the battleship (uneven decks, high door frames, and multiple staircases), wheelchairs are not permitted on the battleship and are recommended for travelers using canes and walking frames;
- Strollers are not allowed on the battleship;
- Late or no show will be non-refundable.
