Booking and Confirmation Process
- Due to high demand, inventory is mostly synchronous but sometimes not. Our consultant will check real time availability onsite and confirm seats.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 0-4 are free of charge but must indicate when registering
- Children under 12 years of age and over 4.5 ft tall must show an ID to verify their age as well.
- Must present an ID at the Park’s ticket booth.
- Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get the photos of your visit, or enjoy an Optional Activity.
- Only use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide are allowed in the park.
- Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing. Additionally, bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
- It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit. In the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are nonrefundable.
- The pickup time depends on your hotel’s location. Once you select it from the list, you will have the exact hour, and please, be on time at the lobby or meeting point.

It was my first time booking a tour on Wannar.com. I booked a one-day tour of Cancun Pink Lake + Tiankeng + Pyramids. The VIP small group service was really good and the experience was great. The tour guide, Chin Lin, was very professional, enthusiastic and cheerful. He informed us of the departure time and precautions one day in advance. When we went to each scenic spot, he told us which location was the best for taking photos, helped us take photos, and helped us get things when needed. The whole trip didn't feel rushed, and he didn't rush us. It was great! Next time I have a chance, I will book here again!
