What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- For attractions with upgrade options or to be purchased on the day of travel, please pay directly to the attraction
- Non-activated Explorer passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
- Your pass will activate when you scan it at your first attraction. It'll have 60 days from first use to visit your remaining attractions.
- The Go City app is your key to exploring Dubai. Download for free to your Apple or Android device and then follow the instructions in your confirmation email to sync your pass to the app. Once you arrive in Dubai, all you've got to do is show your pass at each attraction.
- Plus, we've loaded the app with plenty of useful attraction info, itineraries, and much more to make planning and exploring Dubai even easier.
- No other discounts for seniors, military or students
- You can ONLY visit each attraction once.
- The opening hours of each attraction may be adjusted at any time, please check the official website of the attraction before travelling.
