Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- For attractions with upgrade options or to be purchased on the day of travel, please pay directly to the attraction
- Non-activated All-inclusive passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
- All passes will become activated with your first attraction visit. After activation, your pass will be valid for the number of days purchased.
- The Go City app is your key to exploring Gothenburg. Download for free to your Apple or Android device and then follow the instructions in your confirmation email to sync your pass to the app.
- No other discounts for seniors, military or students
- For All-Inclusive Pass, there is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit each day.
- Some popular attractions may require advance reservations; please see the enclosed guide for more information. Reserving your visit in advance will not activate your pass.
- The opening hours of each attraction may be adjusted at any time, please check the official website of the attraction before travelling.

This app made it super easy to reserve a space and time for our trip to NYC. We usually take the train, but needed a car this time. I usually hate looking for parking, so I tried to find a garage near our hotel. When I found that there was one just a block away I went to their website and saw that they had this app. It was super easy to set up and I found a space and was able to adjust the time and complete my transaction from creating an account to having a full parking space reservation in about five minutes. Unfortunately I ended up having to cancel my trip about a week early so I requested a refund and it was instant with no hassle. I think in general, from now on I’ll just use this app to see if there are other parking garages by the same owner, and reserve spaces in those (if I ever have to bring a car back to NYC - I still like the train better). The only 2 things things that I would wish for are: 1. That they had an option to add the parking pass to your Apple Wallet so I just need to bring up a code on my phone when I get there and they scan it. 2. They allowed you to add a previously booked guest reservation to your current account. I started on the web with the reservation and then got the app and wanted to add the reservation to the app, but couldn’t. I kept the app and will now use it from now on instead of checking out as a “guest” from now on. Overall, a great app.
