What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Tourists have to leave large luggages at the hotel, and simply take cameras and bags.
- Please note the name of your Las Vegas Blvd hotel for further pickup.
- Toursits must provide the phone number which will be utilized during the travel.
- Valid Photo ID required for check-in
- Sun protection: wear hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen recommended
- For security reasons set by Hoover dam, no carry-ons the size of a small backpack or larger is permitted, please leave any luggage at your place of stay.
- If the tour itinerary is changed, delayed, partially or totally cancelled due to unexpected weather & traffic conditions, and uncontrollable circumstances, we will try to reschedule or render a reasonable amount of refund, if applicable, but not guaranteed.
- Children 0 - 23 Months and Under that do not require their own seat (lap child) are free for the bus fare, but will require admission to enter the Hoover Dam.
- Passengers who have a pacemaker will not be able to go inside the Hoover Dam due to the electromagnets in use inside. (Interior Access not available)
- The following items are prohibited on our motorcoach tours due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam: luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol.
