What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us.
- You’ll want to leave them in place for the pros at the attractions to tear out. If tickets are removed, they’ll be considered invalid.
- Simply present your CityPASS tickets at each attraction for entry. Tickets are good for one-time admission unless otherwise noted.
- Your CityPASS tickets are valid for 9 consecutive days starting with the first day of use, so you can enjoy the attractions at your own pace. And you have one year from the date of purchase to start using your CityPASS tickets.
- The booklet will not be reissued if lost, so please take care of your booklet.
- Tickets are void if removed from the booklet. Each attraction will remove their ticket upon entrance. Note: the CityPASS provides one admission to each attraction per person

This pass is very easy to use and very cost-effective. If you have plenty of time in New York, it is recommended to buy it.
Very convenient, just scan it at the ticket office when you arrive at the attraction, saving a lot of trouble. I visited the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Observation Deck, Statue of Liberty Cruise and Island, Natural History Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art. It is still more cost-effective than buying tickets on site
It is very easy to use. It is recommended not to buy too much and arrange it reasonably! It is very convenient. I recommend buying it!
