How To Use
- City Climb participants must meet the following restrictions or they will be denied entry: Age: 13+; Height: 4.9ft - 6.7ft; Maximum Weight: 310lbs; Cannot be under the influence of alcohol. At least one adult (18+) must participate in the climb with minors.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- City Climb participants must meet the following restrictions or they will be denied entry: Age: 13+; Height: 4.9ft – 6.7ft; Maximum weight: 310lbs; Climbers aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+); basic understanding of English is required.
- Please bring your passport or ID card
- No recording devices allowed on the course. All loose articles, including cameras, must be stored in a free locker during the climb for safety.
- Climbers can wear glasses and/or sunglasses, a tether will be provided to keep them secured.
- City Climb will operate year-round in most weather conditions. However, high winds, heavy rain, lightning, and certain extreme temperatures, may cause us to delay or cease operations to ensure the safety of Climbers and Climb Guides.
- Climbers should wear clothing that is comfortable for walking and climbing stairs, All Climbers are required to wear secure fitting, completely enclosed shoes that cover all of the foot, up to the ankle, without any toe or heel openings. City Climb shoes are available, in the situation where a Climber's shoes do not meet the specifications. All Climbers will be provided a City Climb Suit that is to be worn over clothing.
- Friends and family can cheer on from Edge as Climbers reach the top of City Climb. The group can then meet up after the Climb for a victory lap at Edge.
- City Climb tickets are booked for a specific time and date and are a non-refundable purchase.
- City Climb can only accommodate a maximum of 8 guests per time slot. Guests booking for a party larger than 8 must book multiple time slots in order to accommodate the party size.
- Between checking in, suiting up, and the Climb experience, Climbers should expect to spend approximately 75 to 90 minutes total for the experience.
- No bags larger than a standard backpack will be admitted.
- No outside food and beverages, strollers or smoking and e-cigarettes are permitted.
