- FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge of $15.00 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.
- All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
- Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Please arrive at least 30mins prior to your flight departure time to check in. Please bring your valid official ID for check-in.
- Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
- Tour is available as a private option for up to 6 passengers.
- Layered clothing is recommended through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March.
- Passengers weighing 300lbs (136.36kg / 21.43 stone) or more will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat. This fee is based on the product and ranges from $50 to $200.
- We are not responsible for changes, delays or rescheduling caused by inclement weather or mechanical breakdown. No compensation will be issued.
- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 928-645-0246. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 5:00am to 11:00pm (Pacific Time).
