Booking and Confirmation Process
- Due to high demand, inventory is mostly synchronous but sometimes not. Our consultant will check real time availability onsite and confirm seats.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder or notify us via email.
How To Use
- Please use the e-voucher in the e-mail to exchange your tickets at the ticket office.
- Children's price description: 80-120CM, and not more than 12 years old; children under 80CM and do not occupy a seat can participate for free, need to be accompanied by parents.
- Opening hours: 10:00 - 19:00
- Adults or children over 6 years old can swim with the dolphins; children between 5 and 6 years old can swim but must be accompanied by a parent for an additional fee; under 5 years old cannot participate. (Swimmers must not weigh more than 100 kilograms)
- Swimming with dolphins lasts for 10 minutes, with a maximum of 2 people swimming with dolphins at a time.
- Closed on Wednesdays.
- Infants under 2 years of age are free to watch, but no additional seats are provided, they must share a seat with their parents, 2-12 years of age is the child price, 13 and 13 years of age and above is the adult price.
- Open the gates 20 minutes before the show starts.
- Information to be provided by the guest: date of use and number of sessions; guest name, number of people, contact person's phone number

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Rules and regulations for swimming with dolphins
- 1. Persons with acute and chronic skin diseases, mental illnesses, cardiovascular diseases (e.g. hypertension stage 3) sexually transmitted diseases, helminths and other infectious diseases are not allowed to swim with dolphins.
- 2. Prohibit people with wounds and blisters from entering the water
- 3. Do not allow people under the influence of drugs or alcohol to enter the water to swim with dolphins
- 4. Special patients with special needs and infants with cerebral palsy can only enter the swimming pool with a doctor's or special administrator's consent.
- 5. Please refrain from swimming with all jewelry, hats and glasses.
- 6. Please keep quiet there should be no shouting, sudden quick movements and injuries to the dolphins
- 7. Strictly prohibit contact with the dolphin's stomata and eye area.
- 8. While swimming, you should hold onto the dolphin's fins (front or back), keep your arms straight and relaxed, and follow your trainer's instructions.
- 9. People who cannot swim or want to wear a life jacket should inform the janitor before swimming
- 10. don't go on stage before the trainer invites to take pictures, don't go near the edge of the pool first, lie or sit on the floor of the pool first It is forbidden to put one arm on the water, to put any object into the pool and to attract animals with hand gestures
- 11. Touching dolphins or animals without a trainer is strictly prohibited.
