How To Use
- Free Ticket : Under 4 years old ( Includes speedboat tour, lunch shared with parents, other activities not included ) Child : Age 4-7 years old Adult: Age 7 and above Please note that senior citizens over 55 years old cannot participate in this tour.
- Please follow the safety instructions of your local guide.
- Snorkeling is complimentary on this tour. If you do not participate, there will be no refunds for any reasons.
- When participating in activities such as banana boat, motorboat, snorkeling, etc., follow the safety instructions of the tour guide and wear the required body armor.
- For those who participate in the banana boat, please be aware that the banana boat will dump the guests into the water at the end of the activity, so please be prepared in advance not to be scared!
- If you are injured in an accident during the trip, whether it is a minor or serious injury, please be sure to contact our customer service when you are on the spot to help us deal with it, and if you need to notify the insurance company to follow up on the situation or arrange for transportation to a hospital for treatment. If you contact us after you have left the site or returned to the hotel at the end of the trip, or even after you have gone to the hospital, clinic or pharmacy for treatment at your own expense, the insurance company may refuse to pay compensation due to the difficulty in realizing the situation at that time or because it has already passed the time of the trip's insured period, which will cause the customer to lose the protection that he/she is entitled to, and the store will not be able to assume any responsibility for it.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, and other conditions on the day of the event. Please note that notification in advance is not possible.
- In case of weather problems such as heavy rain, wind and waves, tides and other problems the red flag of the Maritime Administration warning not to go to sea, the trip company will give a full refund without any other compensation. However, if the traveler does not want to travel due to their own reasons, no refund will be offered.
- The largest speedboat can seat 25-30 people, and the exact number of speedboats that will go out in a day depends on how many guests are picked up that day.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Safety precautions : For your health, the following people are not allowed to participate in the program. Snorkeling: People with asthma, breathing problems, heart disease, or who do not know how to swim are not allowed to participate in this activity. Paragliding: people who have had leg surgery, have difficulty walking, use steel splints, weigh more than 90 kilograms, or have heart disease cannot participate in the activity. Motorboat: activities must be accompanied by a coach, weight more than 100 kilograms can not participate in activities Banana Boat: over 100 kilograms cannot participate in the activity. This tour is not suitable for pregnant women and people with back and neck problems.
- On-site beach chairs approx. 50 baht per table, can accommodate more than one person (if required, please pay for your own)
- Shower on site approx. 50 baht per person, toilet approx. 10 baht per person (if required, please pay)
- If the guest is late or leaves the lobby (resulting in the driver not pick up the guest), it will be regarded as automatic abandonment of the trip without any refund. If you haven't seen the pick-up car after the booking time, please contact our customer as soon as possible through Wangwang or telephone (call the number at the end of the confirmation form) to check the status of the pick-up car for you, if the pick-up car is slightly delayed due to traffic problems or due to the delay of other groups of guests, please also bear with us!
- As the hotel transfer is a carpooling service, the arrival time of the car will vary for different distance hotels. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip, please wait in the hotel lobby (not in the room) in advance in accordance with the time booked on the confirmation form, please do not be late or leave the hotel lobby. If the driver can't find the guest after arrival, the maximum waiting time is not more than 5 minutes.

This app made it super easy to reserve a space and time for our trip to NYC. We usually take the train, but needed a car this time. I usually hate looking for parking, so I tried to find a garage near our hotel. When I found that there was one just a block away I went to their website and saw that they had this app. It was super easy to set up and I found a space and was able to adjust the time and complete my transaction from creating an account to having a full parking space reservation in about five minutes. Unfortunately I ended up having to cancel my trip about a week early so I requested a refund and it was instant with no hassle. I think in general, from now on I’ll just use this app to see if there are other parking garages by the same owner, and reserve spaces in those (if I ever have to bring a car back to NYC - I still like the train better). The only 2 things things that I would wish for are: 1. That they had an option to add the parking pass to your Apple Wallet so I just need to bring up a code on my phone when I get there and they scan it. 2. They allowed you to add a previously booked guest reservation to your current account. I started on the web with the reservation and then got the app and wanted to add the reservation to the app, but couldn’t. I kept the app and will now use it from now on instead of checking out as a “guest” from now on. Overall, a great app.
