What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Access to the performance hall may be made impossible for technical and/or artistic reasons
- Systematic access to the Auditorium cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the performance and rehearsal schedule
- The temporary exhibitions area is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility
- The Opra Garnier is open every day from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (6.00 pm from July 17th to September 3rd, 2023). Closed on 1st January, 1st May, 25th December, special events and exceptional closures. Last admission 45 minutes before closure.
- Visitors eligible to free or reduced admission must collect their entrance tickets at the ticket office (not bookable online) with a valid ID
- Free admission for children under the age of 12, disabled visitor and their helper, unemployed visitors, recipients of social assistance/RSA/other minimum social benefits, holders of the Pass’ Jeunes Opra, holders of the AROP Particulier card, holders of the Carte Culture, holders of the French professional tour guide card, holders of the Bibliothque Nationale de France’s reader’s card, Architecture students and cole du Louvre students
